    Doodle Kids®, a division of Notes By Christine, is open for business Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm Eastern time. Orders placed on New Year's, Thanksgiving, and Christmas Day will be processed the following business day.

    Do you use commercial clipart?

    All of the Doodle Kids® designs by Notes By Christine are original hand-drawn pieces of artwork. No commercial clipart is used. All of the designs and products are the property of Notes By Christine and are copyrighted. Please do not reproduce graphics or text on this website without the written consent of Notes By Christine. All Rights Reserved.

    Will my notecards look exactly like those on the website?
    Each order placed is personalized and customized to your specifications, so the design may appear slightly different because of font colors, length of personalization, etc. The size of the faces will vary as well depending upon the number of characters per product (i.e. the more faces, the smaller the size to allow positioning). Please keep in mind that computer monitors may vary display colors also.

    How can I pay for my order?

    Doodle Kids® accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal, Money Orders, Cashier's Checks, and Personal Checks.  Your credit card charge will appear as "Notes By Christine" and all check style payments are to be made payable to Notes By Christine. There will be a $30 fee charge for ALL returned checks.

    What is your shipping/handling rate?
    All orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail at a flat rate of $6.00.  Each order is sent out with delivery confirmation to track your order.

    Do you charge sales tax?
    The New Jersey tax rate of 6.00% will be charged on any order which is shipped to a New Jersey address.

    When can I expect my order to be shipped?
    As the products sold here are personalized, please allow for processing time.  All orders are printed and shipped within 5 working business days after payment is received. Because your order is personalized you will complete an order form with your information which will be used to create your stationery. You will then receive a link to view an invoice and proof so you may continue the checkout process.  This will finalize your approval and then your order will be shipped within the 5 working business days (i.e. Monday orders are shipped on the following Monday). Please note that this does not include shipping time, though all orders are shipped via USPS Priority mail which takes 2-3 days for delivery.  Official US holidays are also to be considered and may take slightly longer to process.

    Can I return my purchase for a refund?

    Before submitting your order form, please check that your spelling and address information is correct. You will receive a proof along with your invoice for payment.  Please review this proof carefully. Once payment has been submitted via the shopping cart, Notes By Christine will accept this as confirmation that all information is correct and will not be responsible for errors. Personalized orders are non-refundable due to customer error. If there is a misprint due to no error of your own, Notes By Christine  will gladly correct, reprint, and ship your order within 2 business days. Please email doodle-kids(at)doodle-kids(dot)com within 14 days of receipt. Notes By Christine is not responsible for orders lost in shipping.
